In order to respond to the situation in Crimea, we are looking to set up a media project aiming at providing global community, as well as people in Ukraine and Russia, with trustworthy information on social, legal and other issues surrounding the crisis. We are going to record short interviews with experts from Oxford and beyond, asking them to share their opinions on various aspects of the crisis. These interviews will be translated in both languages Russian and Ukrainian. The working title is “3 min on Crimea (from Oxford and beyond)”. The videos will be uploaded on YouTube and distributed widely via social networks and our media partners. We are looking for creative and pragmatic minds to join the project. If you are interested in joining, please do get in touch. Any experience journalism, filmmaking, etc. would be a great asset. The group is planning to have their next meeting later this week.
