In other cooking show news, Chris and I bumped into an Italian-based cooking show with really bad ratings... I had to find out why. Is it that most people prefer the Italian American favorites and dont expect Well, the second recipe was Italian tacos - which involved basically making meat marinara and putting it into Old El Paso Stand N Stuff shells. Top with sour cream to really make it authentic!! ..... Another recipe involves canned black olives. She uses metal on non-stick and the displayed pans in the background are obviously scratched. Oh, and how do you know seafood is done? Take a bite! As for ground beef, make sure none of it is bigger than dime size. If its all dime size or smaller, its cooked all the way. Screw thermometers. Clearly, were watching experts!
