In other news. Andre Wisdom made his debut for Derby in their 1-1 draw with Birmingham today and was named Man of the Match - “It was a good game, I thought myself and the lads played very well. We played some great football and got a deserved goal in the first half. “But we just could not quite manage to get the second goal, and then we went on to concede in the second-half, but overall it was a good performance and we will take the point. “The experience so far has been great, the lads have made me feel welcome and the banter is flying about. “I have come to Derby to gain experience, get matches under my belt and keep my fitness up. It is also about me helping Derby push for promotion, because I can see that the players here have got great quality, and today’s performance did not quite highlight how well we have played.” Wisdom added - “After playing today, I can see that the Championship is physically demanding, and you come up against different players and different styles. But the main thing that you want, no matter what level you are playing at, is to win. This side has got a great mentality, who want to work hard during the week and get the result on the weekend. Admittedly it is a big transition coming from Liverpool, moving down to Derby, but it is a great experience.
