In other news, I heard the following story on the radio today. In a rural town in Spain, there is a doctor who used to run a B&B there. It burned down last year, and the insurance company sued him because they had reason to believe he had set fire to his own place. It was losing money and they were convinced he did it for the insurance claim. It was a long battle in court, and right up untill the end everyone was convinced that the insurance company was just trying to get out of an expensive claim. Even the fire marshalls said it was due to a problem with the electrical wiring. The townfolks were getting very angry at the insurance company for dragging it on. Putting the doctor and his wife through such an ordeal. Right before the judge was about to get to a verdict, the wife croaked and admitted the fire was intentional for the insurance claim. Everyone in the town was in shock. And thats when I realized: Nobody expects the Spanish Inn Physician.
