In other news, my doctor has advised me to stop benching, so I guess my personal best will be 210. I have to change my daily routines, so I may have to join a yoga class for further toning. Im happy with my current size. There isnt much work left to do sides body definition and hoping the stretch marks eventually fade enough so theyre not too distracting. The thing that has bothered me a lot and I realize this is more of an unconscious thing to say to people on a diet. Dont ever tell someone dieting that theyll eventually crash and gain all the weight again and then some. I am not a statistic. Anyone thats working out for over a year losing weight and gaining back mass for definition doesnt want to hear that excuse, much less that kind of attitude towards dieting. Inspiration isnt driving me, its the motivation knowing I can do anything I want keeps me going. So for people throwing out statics and numbers about failed diets, youre not helping. Youre just giving people more excuses to fail.
