In period 2, Chef Mix had the advantage of learning from Chef Kelly what strategies we needed to learn about making a frittata. Since, it was the first time for most of us it was indeed a meaningful experience. First, we cracked 14 eggs into a big bowl and used a whisk in order for frittatas to get beaten the proper way. Then, organic milk, a crab pinch of salt and pepper, chives, and cheese were added to the bowl to beat some more. As the bowl was being blended as good as possible, the pepperonies and the potatoes were being cooked to a caramel state with enough chile to open your eyes. After, the pepperiones cooled down they were added to the bowl and then the whole mixture was added to potatoes to cook on medium low. As, 7 to 10 minutes passed by the frittata was ready to be put in the oven. After, the final 3 to 5 minutes went by we all couldnt believe our eyes. As I took a bite of the frittata my mind was indeed blown away by how bomb it tasted. The Frittata had a perfect amount of every ingredient to be able to enrich its beautiful texture and create a chewy masterpiece. From Lupe Orozco Chef Mix All Day!!!!!!
