In place of our regular lunchtime seminar this month, at the end of October the Fulbright New Zealand Alumni Association (FNZAA) are hosting a special fundraiser screening of alumnus Paul Wolfframs feature length documentary Voices of the Land: Ngā Reo o te Whenua, about the life and music of world-renowned taonga pūoro performer Richard Nunns. If you missed the premiere of the film at this years New Zealand International Film Festival, please join us for a special screening at Victoria University of Wellington with refreshments and an audience Q&A with producer and director Paul Wolffram. This event is open to all, so please share the details with anyone you know who might like to attend. Entry is by donation at the door (suggested minimum of $25 waged, $15 unwaged), and all proceeds from this fundraiser screening will be donated to the Fulbright New Zealand Trust endowment fund, to provide for additional Fulbright exchange awards between New Zealand and the United States of America. We hope you can join us to enjoy this beautiful film!
