In principle, I am against the decision of Military Court establishment, as I think it, as a threat to the judicial freedom of (hypothetical) Democratic system. I wonder, where are Democracy lovers who were chanting threats to Democracy slogans some days back? But in present situation, if it is inevitable (which in my opinion, not; as I believe that the present system needs a through revision and proper implementation), then there must be a transparent mechanism for the executions. It will be in the best interest of civil-military relationship in near future.
