In regards to the Hard 40..... I dont think anyone is saying its unfair to work 40 a month (averaging). So if you want to fly 120 hours one month and then take two months off, as long as youre fulfilling your obligation, why should the company demand you fly a Hard 40 each month? At 25 years of seniority, I cant hold a vacation line that always falls at the same time as my partner and family, so I work my butt off and then take a month of here and there, that has always been what is so great about our job, the flexibility. I fly high time, but also want. My time off when I want it.
