In relation to putting user pays Parking Machine pill boxes in Bat Poo County at Cairns inner city areas I guess thats good for the revenue uses But I feel that the ratepayers should also pay for a free parking spot for the Mayor Mr Bob Manning right in the high density dropping are Bat Poo County. to park his or other councillors motor cars, even the executive officers could avail themselves of the rate payers given privilege, added as to whether the bats are to go or stay that is another issues to be dealt with, but in the meantime ? ,
