In relationship or marriage, one must be a leader and one must a follower,in a choir we have a conductor, in a company a CEO,in a group a group leader, we have a leader everywhere. If we all become leaders, we will go nowhere, if we all become followers without a leader,there will be no direction.you can not be a follower if there is no leader and you can not be a leader if there is no a follower. In a four wheels drive, rear wheels follow the front wheels unless you reversing. A man is a leader by creation and yes some are good leaders and some are bad leaders,those who are bad leaders were given a chance before and fail. A good follower will always give a support and advice to the leader because the follower will become a leader one day. My point is,in a relationship women should give men a chance to lead so that when you get married,you are certain that you are blessed with a good a leader and he is also blessed with a good advisor. This is chance for women to assess their marriage future leaders. When I die I would like to see my wife become a good leader for my family,there are good widows out there when coming to family leadership,its either they have learnt from their husbands or born with it.
