In response to a friends question, children are required to be up to date on vaccinations when they register at federally-funded public schools. The same is true for employees at other federally-funded corporations like hospitals. Schools hat fail to comply lose millions of dollars in federal funding. Hospitals that dont enforce 90% compliance among their employees cannot bill for federal medicare or medicaid, which spells the end of the hospital. This is one reason parents home school. BTW, one in 52 boys come down with autism, an ailment that is virtually non-existent among unvaccinated children.
