In response to an earlier thread regarding the pelvic trace. Gears measures an overhead trace of the pelvis. Any time the pelvis extends and gets closer to the ball the trace will go up the screen, and as it flexes it will go away from the ball it will lower on the screen. This golfers before swing in gold had a trace that extended, flexed ever so slightly, and continued to extend. Stack and Tilts ax chopper (highlighted in the cover photo above) gets a player to extend in the backswing, flex in the downswing, then extend again in the follow through. This creates a moment arm (highlighted by my crude wrench drawing) for a player to turn around and not demanding a drastic shift force (more Troy Matteson less JJ Henry). Having this player regain flexion lowered his hand path, increased his rotation, and increased his clubhead speed.
