Credited to the incumbent National President of NAPS Comr Ogbonaya Sunday of delta state polytechnic Ogara whom I believed as one time Deputy senate president of the same Association very familiar with NAPS constitution and the Punishment against the sitting president going against the decision of the SENATE been IMPEACHMENT Haven contacted the original user of the facebook account inwhich the information was released through who ascertain of his maximum un awareness also ascertain his facebook account being hacked to perpetrate the evil and mischievous as such I hereby re affirm the position of the Senate Assembly on the subject matter as earlier stated on this platform. Sir/Ma, Notification letter In respect to NAPS constitution article 9, code B section 1 and 11 which state thus: THE CONVEYING AUTHORITY The NAPS senate shall, at their last meeting fix the date and venue of the next annual convention. No other organ of NAPS shall appropriate to itself the duty of convening the convention other than NAPS senate. ii. The Annual Convention shall be held every year. Following the expiration of the incumbent leadership tenure of one year under the watch of Comr. Ogbonaya Sunday of delta state polytechnic, Ogara Otefe, Delta state as National President of the Association. From 2nd June, 2013 with her inauguration on 30th August, 2013.
