Think of other people as more important than yourself~ Therefore if there is any consolation in Christ, if any comfort of love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any affection and mercy, fulfill my joy by being like-minded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind. Let nothing be done through selfish ambition or conceit, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than himself. Let each of you look out not only for his own interests, but also for the interests of others. ~Philippians 2:1-4 The problem is when sin entered the world and we (all) inherited that sin nature, we became a self centered people. When we ask Jesus Christ into our heart and are born again, our spirit which was dead (inherited in the fall) comes alive and we start to be ‘others’ centered, because we know salvation is the best thing that can happen to anybody! Yes this life is but a vapor~~but eternal life with God and each other never ends. If you haven’t asked Jesus into your heart, I hope you do it now.
