This affidavit is signed and commissioned by Raphael Weiner attorney at law and goes towards malice, deliberate and wilful privacy invasion, breaches of the ELECTRONIC cOMMUNICATIONS ACT AND IN BREACH OF THE Protection against Harassment Act, as well as social and economic abuse and will be used against him in a court of law. Should Mr Weiner choose to blame the irrational rantings of Rael LEVITT, Peter Greenwall and others for his willful negligence in my eviction from Dunhof, then Mr Raphael Weiner obviously does not deserve his place of employment or the money that he earns as a Partner of Ashersons and Ashersons. And another question is : who was the client? Why would Mr Weiner, a blood relative of mine and my pro amico attorney who himself has never terminated his services to me officially, take instruction from people, INCLUDING LUFTHANSA AND Roswitha ANJA BECKER, who are not even his clients at the time of my eviction instead of myself. And how is it that he is not even aware of the parquet flooring which I REPAIRED until now? THe answer is that he did not want me win my case ,failed to hold a professional consultation with me and relied on his own guesswork and poor judgement. These questions will all be taken care of by the CAPE MAGISTRATES COURT, The High Court AND handled by my attorney and my advocate here in CAPE TOWN IN 2014. It also goes towards a breach of Regulation 14.3 and CONFLICT OF INTERESTS.
