In seeing Laura Scottens post on going to the states because of stuff not available here, I am left wondering what items in the Hops/grains/Adjucts/spices/yeasts that people would like to see the local shops carry. I am sure if the local shops (like myself at Beyond The Grape On-Premise Winemaking Ltd., Barleys, Centennial, Dans and Bosa) knew that we were missing some specific items that we would be happy to fill the void. The Local stores would really like to have you not have to shop in the states and keep your time and dollars close to home, providing you more time to brew. So help us help you. I am interested to hear peoples feedback.
