In so far as #socialmedia is the world (this statement used oh so advisedly :-) - please dont forget to smell the roses and walk on a beach or through the desert!!), may the world know that on Saturday one of #SpeechPathology Tasmanias fabulous #literacy specialists, Linda McKillop, presented the story of hope that exists for children with #Dyslexia and #SpecificLearningDisorder! And shes doing it again in #Launceston on this Saturday, 25th October! The source of the hope...systematic and evidence-based remedial support through #phonologicalprocessing, #syntheticphonics and methodical presentation of the complexities of English #spelling. And of course, unflagging honouring of the uniqueness, worth and beauty of each individual child and his/her family.
