In the 9 months that I have been conceptualizing, registering and now running this company, I have tried working and bringing few people I thought shared the same passion to succeed and drive to be self sufficient on board... all of them have disappointed me. So, I decided to go at this on my own. It is difficult as hell. I have had to start some projects from scratch after letting go of people that were dealing with them for the company. Minor setbacks and added workload and responsibility BUT I soldier on. What I have learned though, is that young South Africans love easy money. They want to reap the rewards now rather than invest their time and commitment onto something that has future potential. I guess it makes sense why majority of black South Africans still work for other people rather than own anything.
