In the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda, the Prosecutor was one Osuji from Nigeria.His Assistant was one Fatou Bensouda from Gambia.Together they formed a strategy to convince judges to convict suspects on the single fact that crimes were committed in the general area they had influence. They christened this personal criminal responsibility. They got many convictions this way.Today Osuji is Presiding judge and Bensouda is prosecutor. They will jointly convict Ruto despite the fake witnesses. They will do so by Good Friday 2014. They will extend Mr Kenyattas case in order to divide them and collapse the government.Bensouda did not appeal the Kenyatta skip trial ruling.Its part of the script to divide the two and thus weaken the argument of unity during the Security Council debate on the deferral application . Bensouda-Osuji knows that ICC is supported by only one region in Kenya and this issue is emotive.When Ruto and Sang finishes the current session next week, the only ICC Kenya will cooperate with is the International Cricket Committee
