In the Ledgers People and Changes..... CINDY RODRIGUEZ, communications and marketing director for A-C-T Environmental and Infrastructure in Bartow, participated in a panel discussion about business resiliency at the 2014 Florida Governors Hurricane Conference held in Orlando. A-C-T was included on the panel because the firm earned the inaugural (2012) Small Business Resiliency Award from the Florida Department of Emergency Management. In addition, A-C-T employees participated in the 2014 Polk County Commuter Services and Ride Your Bike to Work Day held May 16 at Fort Blount Park in Bartow. A-C-T participants Hannah Parrish, Sherry Warren, Doug Coleman, Cindy Rodriguez, Larry Legg, Kristin Lawrence, Mike Graves, Ian Trulson, Rob Kincart and Jennifer Jonsson served more than 300 burgers, hot dogs, chips and drinks to a hungry crowd.
