In the News: California Begins Confiscating Legal Purchased Guns by using Registrations. .People who have legally registerf a firearm are now listed as Prohibited Persons. .But for various reasons are no longer allowed to use their Second Amendment Rights. .On this list are people who have not paid or are behind on state taxes, People who did not pay toll fees in a timely manner and other minor misdemeanors. .There are 20,000 people on the list so far and was given 24 million dollars to hire additional officers to track down these People..
