In the West, we teach our girls to believe in nothing, to scorn their femininity, and to despise their own culture. As the same time, we teach men to be shallow, weak, and to avoid commitment. So it really isnt surprising that Western women would see appeal in a movement that looks to be composed of brave, loyal, sincere men who are proud of their culture and have a distinct ideal of the feminine. I.e. Western culture has gotten so bad that, from a distance, living in a caliphate might actually look appealing to a Western woman.
