In the accountability groups I run, NON SCALE VICTORIES are celebrated ALL the time. In MY opinion, they are BETTER than Scale/Weight victories because they happen EVERY day. What is a Non Scale Victory you ask? Here are just a few: pants fitting looser, running an extra mile, not eating a piece of cake from your office party when you really wanted one,or trying a food you never had before. Those are the #victories that will motivate you every day and keep you going! SO, I hit a Non Scale Victory today!! This video clip shows me doing one of the moves from #21DayFix Total Body Cardio Fix. When I started this program 6 MONTHS AGO, I could not complete the FULL MINUTE of jogging with the weight. I KILLED it today for the 2 Rounds. WAIT did you read that!! 6 MONTHS!!! Progress Is NOT over night. My transformation has taken about a year of CONSISTENT CHANGES!
