In the beginning of a change the patriot is a scarce man, and brave, and hated, and scorned. When his cause succeeds however, the timid join him, for then it costs nothing to be a patriot. Mark Twain What this in essence is saying is there are two basic forms of Militia, (BOTH are needed) what I call first line, and second line. The second line WILL fight, but not until they or loved ones are DIRECTLY threatened. The first line however recognizes the following to be true. It behooves every man who values liberty of conscience for himself, to resist invasions of it in the case of others; or their case may, by change of circumstance, become his own. George Washington All men are mortal, most pass simply because it is their time, a few however, are blessed with the opportunity to choose their time in performance of duty. Jerry Bruckhart
