In the case of former Deputy Base Commander, then-Lt. Col. Charles - TopicsExpress

In the case of former Deputy Base Commander, then-Lt. Col. Charles Halt it gets to the point that when you examine his statements about Rendlesham over the years, its hard to tell who is actually in there, talking. And some of the statements made fly in the face of common sense. For instance. Halt said that he knew that Jim and I had been intensively debriefed by members of a fast response team that showed up immediately after the initial events to sanitize the base and the scene of evidence and records. He stated that, on one hand, he knew that everyone who had gone into the forest had been intensely debriefed, yet maintains that he, the highest ranking officer known to have been at the scene of the event, was not. His real-time audio recording of the encounter makes him by definition a key direct witness. Why would he not be treated the same as Jim, I and others? Chances are he was and chances are hes lying about that fact. Or, was he subject to the same methods and given a post-hypnotic suggestion to erase his memory? youtube/watch?v=jRetv8-lS18 Halt claims that one of the reasons that what Jim and I say cannot be trusted is the manipulation of our memories during the debriefing. By that standard, how can we trust what he has to say? Gary Heseltine is on the record saying that Halt told him that he, Halt, had missing time. This is one of the key identifiers of true contact with the phenomena, so its safe to say Col. Halts memory (and therefore his conscious attitudes on the case) have been tampered with by something, either the phenomenon itself, the security debrief -- or both.
