In the closing of this interview, she was asked: What more - TopicsExpress

In the closing of this interview, she was asked: What more [moderate] Malaysians can do about it? She said: Keep it alive. Keep talking about it. Encourage people. All this petitions and all that, promote them. It really does become a kind of numbers game. It reminds me of a poem written by Martin Niemoller, who had lived in Nazi Germany: First they came for the communists, and I didn’t speak out because I wasn’t a communist. Then they came for the socialists, and I didn’t speak out because I wasn’t a socialist. Then they came for the trade unionists, and I didn’t speak out because I wasn’t a trade unionist. Then they came for the Jews, and I didn’t speak out because I was not a Jew. Then they came for the Catholics, and I didn’t speak out because I was not a Catholics. Then they came for me, and there was no one left to speak for me. ...and Im #26.
