In the dying days of this last lame-duck council an urgent new initiative came forward. The Broadband proposal was discussed in the Mayor and RC debates and is in the platform of many candidates, but for many residents, it was the first they had heard of it. And some are not convinced that the current approach is the right one. Here are 2 interesting points of view.
