In the entire state of California, we have one foster provider, and one foster dog, Andy. Sadly for us, Andys foster family is going to be moving to Oregon soon, and they will be in temporary housing. They cant take Andy with them. We need a foster home or an adopter for him. Hes about six years old, a bit overweight at 35 pounds, and is fine with other dogs. He would not do well in a home with children. Andy is in the Sacramento area. When our foster provider leaves the state, MARS in California will cease to exist, unless we get some foster providers in the state.
