In the evening of 24 December, 2014, over 500 persons gathered at historic Hainerberg Chapel Protestant Service Hainerberg Housing, Wiesbaden, Germany Hainerberg CDC U.S. Army Garrison Wiesbaden Hainerberg Kasserne Wiesbaden, to participate in the Protestant Community Christmas Eve Service. This service brought attendees from the three Protestant Services together for an evening of worship and celebration. This annual event is designed to foster community by bringing the congregations together to celebrate commonalities that they share at the Christmas season. This supports the Garrison Commander’s initiatives to build a resilient, caring, inclusive community, making Wiesbaden “Your Home in Germany” for the Military and DA Civilian population of 19,500.
