In the event anyone has been curious what Ive been up to in recent years, allow me to summarize. Nearly two years ago, I (and I alone) moved from Washington to Oklahoma, literally overnight, with naught but a few dollars and whatever I could fit into a backpack and a small suitcase. In the time since, I have acquired a stable, respectable job that covers all my expenses, a pleasant little apartment to call my own, and I have become engaged to the most wonderful lady to have ever lived. Unlike many of my peers and former classmates, I didnt go to some grand university in pursuit of a high-demand degree, but I, too, have accomplished something: I have built a sustainable life for myself, and I did it under my own power, out of my own pocket, and I owe no form of debt to anyone or anything. That, in my opinion, is something of which I can be proud. That, my friends, is what Ive been up to lately.
