In the gym tonight and I recognised that by completely immersing in the moment as it is, that I can obtain the same level of connection, passion and drive that I used to fall into whilst running trails. I have taken a before shot and in two months from today I will post it with an progress shot. Im excited by where this is going. Because of my connection, on the most sublime level I can already feel the body responding
