In the icy cliffs that lie due west of the college of winterhold, Ancha was traveling. Searching for a ships wreckage just underneath the surface of the Sea of Ghosts. It wasnt an ordinary vessel she was looking for, for it did not travel by water, but by air. One of the flying warships of the past, a weapon created by the Dwemeri that she had thought a forgotten technology. If she could find it, it would excell her peoples growth and perhaps... they wouldnt have to hide. Her plans for the craft was not focused on war, however, she wanted to refurbish it for simple transport. This could open up a new system of trade routes and transportation. Something she planned to establish with the Dwemeri allies and other peaceful groups. The Khajiit caravans, for example, or even the shops of the different cities. How much would they offer to have their goods transported in hours or days instead of weeks and months? To Ancha, the possibilities were endless. Carefully, the Dwemer woman scaled down a small cliff of ice and snow. She was using two ordinary picks to anchor herself as she climbed, driving one into the ice before pulling out the other. This process took quite a bit of energy out of her, but it was safer the free climbing and shed rather be exhausted than dead. Once she reached the bottom of the cliff face, she drove both picks into the ice and flopped onto the ground to rest. She panted heavily, her breath visible as tiny, white puffs. Ancha hadnt told anyone where shed been going, though she has informed Dwalin that she was making a journey. She just happened to exaggerate the details a little bit. She wasnt trying to be secretive, simply avoiding giving anyone false hope. After a twenty minute rest, the Dwemer stood up and walked towards the frozen shores of the Sea of Ghosts, scanning the area. To her right and several yards away was a group of Horkers, where two males seemed to be battling for mating rights. As long as she kept her distance they would leave her be. To her left there was nothing, just the endless expanse of the shore line. In front of her, floating in the water, were huge blocks of ice that connected the main land to a string of tiny islands. When tested, the floating patches of ice seemed to support her weight. Somewhere, near one of these islands was an old Dwemer airship and Ancha was determined to find it. (Role-play starter. Looking for long para reponses. Feel free to post separately from others if you wish for one-on-one rp. Might be a little busy today, so will respond when I can. - Ancha Mithas
