In the last three days, I went rafting in Westwater Canyon (class 4 rapids), hiked Hanging Lake twice (I got talked into the second time because I cant resist going up with someone for their first time), and even squeezed in a little cliff jumping. Took a little digger on one of the hikes when I hit scree and my feet slid out from under me, but nothing that a little Charcoal Burger couldnt fix right quick.
