In the last three years alone, 13 times, the Supreme Court, unanimously, 9-0, including all of the presidents liberal picks, have struck down the presidents executive orders. - Sean Spicer, RNC spokesman, July 6 on CNNs State of the Union When he provided these 13 cases it was found that: 9 of them originated with George Bush; 3 of them were court cases and the only one that originated with Obama wasnt done by executive order. In fact NONE of the cases have to do with executive orders issued by Obama. So, in other words, another Pants on Fire by the republican right.
