In the light of the likely hood of a decade long drought conditions in the Southwestern United States. Perhaps the Keystone pipeline in the wrong pipeline to build, we do not need to worry about moving oil. We need to be concerned with building a pipelines of fresh water, between states and regions. Humans can survive without oil, also adding to the bottom-line of the oil companies. They can live without natural gases appropriated from the outrageous and frightening actions caused by franking, look at the sudden rise in earthquakes to 168 or so in the recent few years. What humans cannot live without is clean, fresh water. PERIOD !!!!!
