In the middle of photoshopping a meme about Miley Cyrus, an ex-workmate buzzes in and relates to me through PM her cinematic dream of me in my most chivalrous role of a suitor-on-a-bike (a la Guido Orefice) fetching her from the airconditioned and carpeted premises of her office in Alabang and taking her away to a shanty of ruins and poverty-stricken love. And in her dream she tells me, next time pag sinundo mo ko ako naman magdadrive ha. And we speed away from a seemingly endless convoy of her ex-boyfriends in their sports cars. But what thrills me about her retelling the story is the fact that she likes me, thats according to her, in her dream. And its up to me to interpret it.
