In the military everything has to be written so an eight grader can understand it. There for I propose to any Senator or Congressman that has the balls to make a bill, so hopefully it will be passed to a law, that all bills and legislation material should be written the same and posted for all voters to see so they can call or email if their high tech their senators and Congressmen and wait thirty days before they vote on any new bills.
