In the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost, I open up my mouth to say this prayer/ I have realized that prayer is not the overflow of the lips but the spilling out of the heart/ For that reason I open up my heart for u Lord to examine it and see all my desires/ Cleanse my evil mind and purify my darkened heart by the ever-fresh blood of thy Lamb/ I have dreams, visions, and ambitions all screaming COMING SOON/ The burden and the weight of all I want to achieve is so heavy on me and it weakens my knees/ But they get stronger every time I bow them before your throne at every dawn/ The verse that says that we bring our cares and burdens to you should start working for me/ I also remember a friend of mine who if my calendar is not faulty is aging, but still single/ I believe God it’s not hard for you to push open that door for him/ And let him understand that one plus one is not always equals to two/ Abba, is the phrase COMIMG SOON making us lazy and giving us an excuse to postpone plans?/ Forgive our ignorance and let the river of your wisdom flow deeper in our lives/ Daddy, I plus a whole bunch of we are low income earners who chase after high priced products/ In high ranked stalls just to stand tall among men but lay low in our closets with low volume cries and high pitched pains with nobody to wipe away our tears !/ May U forgive us the sin of walking by sight n opening up our eyes to the splendor of shopping-malls/ Deliver us from the temptation of impulse buying and lead us to the way of sticking to our budgets/ The transgression of my debts is ever before my diary n mismanagement of finances is hard on my reality/ Life may have knocked me down seven times but my last option is staying close to the dust/ Coz those who start are never stuck and those who search will never lack/ I crown my prayers with thanksgiving and a heart of worship for who you are/ U are my ever present help through the valley of the shadow of needs and my point of praise during sweet times/ U have taught me how to love by ever refreshing your love for me every single morning/ And always thinking about me when you remember mercy coz for me when I remember mercy I think about a she/ How you have changed my life and painted beauty at every corner of my endeavors/ I hope you will tag my prayer ON THE WAY…..since COMING SOON is painted all over town n its never happening.
