In the off-season its all about the details in preparation for contest time. Right now Im working on several things with my Swole Mate to move her from a top-five to a top three competitor in her first full year of competition. Im working to further exaggerate the shoulder to waste ratio. Continue to bring out the excellent definition we brought to the table in her back and shoulders. I cannot wait to share the package with you this summer when I bring her calories down and show you all the hard work we are doing this winter and spring. Most important to remember, this young lady is 49 years old with three kids and I train her five hours a week. No cardio. No counting calories in the off-season. We eat to grow. Comes contest time our training will go up to seven hours a week and we will throw in approximately two hours of cardio a week pre-contest. Oh if I didnt mention earlier she is womans Masters figure class, so I need to keep her muscularity and check said she doesnt cross over into the fizzy class which were choosing not to have her compete in. We like to figure look on her body.
