In the past five years the cuts, kickbacks received from subsidies, the money received for duty exemptions , uncountable scams exposed and many others unexposed have effectively nullified the past two decades of growth. And we are entering into a forced phase of economic winter for next two decades.. seriously note this. If congress comes back to power again this winter will certainly turn to centuries of economic ice age !!
