In the same way that you took Peters hand in the middle of a tumultuous sea, encouraging him to not be afraid, we come to you tonight, again Lord. We know you have heard our prayers and we thank you! We also know that you are the only one who could provide this miracle we continue to ask for. We ask you to hear our prayers for Ava. As she enters the next round of her treatment, we ask for you to guard and protect her in all ways. We also beg that this terrible disease remains gone forever, never to return to this little angel girl. We give you thanks and praise for your taking our hand in the midst of rough seas, and we say in return, “Truly, you are the Son of God.”
