Im deeply grateful to be teaching for the Lineage Project, which is in its 15th year of service offering mindfulness tools to youth who would likely otherwise not be exposed to them. My teaching, and my life have changed as a result, and I cant possibly put into words all that Ive learned from the amazing students (and co-teachers) I work with week after week!
