In the statement they released yesterday Bloomingfoods said they think their workers are the primary reason for the success and accomplishments Bloomingfoods enjoys. We question whether they truly appreciate the degree to which they are indebted to us. Labor unions are the single greatest mechanism available to the working class to improve their wages, benefits, and working conditions and are the only way workers can enjoy the peace of mind given by contracted and guaranteed employment.
