In the storytime off-months, I read stories in the youth area. This week, I read stories about manners. Two of the three moms in attendance were texting the whole 20 minutes I was reading. Really? And I was reading about manners too. I could have thrown in some snarky comment, like And having good manners means that when someone is talking, that EVERYONE should be paying attention.
