In the transition to Paleo, people usually report breakfast as the hardest to adapt. So my tip is this; choose one day a week and make it your goal to make that breakfast Paleo. A weekend is normally best for time, make it a fun activity to scope out a paleo friendly breakfast get the family involved in preparation cooking and of course eating! Make it a weekly thing then Increase it to two days, three days etc. Find your favourites then find ways to make it easier to prepare daily, bulk cooking, night before prep until it just becomes part of your daily habit. Not everyone needs to change everything instantly, in fact more often than not its the slow step ups that are ever lasting.
