In the upcoming book, Ja Rule writes, “When they (the feds) asked him who he thought had shot him, it would make sense that 50 would have said, ‘Ja Rule, Irv Gotti and Murder Inc.” In that instance, Ja Rule, real name Jeffrey Atkins, was referring to the famous ambush on 50 Cent where he was shot nine times. As many remember, 50 Cent said he never cooperated with any law enforcement agencies when they came to him about anybody related to Murder Inc. when the feds were trying to build a case against Irv Gotti and his brother Chris Gotti for laundering drug money through their record label. Ja Rule is calling bullish*t on his nemesis’ claims in the book. Ja said, “He secretly led them through his recordings for the answers they were looking for.”
