For the kettlebellers out there heres something for you to do: Goblet squats (half your bodyweight) x 10 minutes no putting the kettlebell down One arm Snatches x 10 minutes (same rule as above) If you dont have a kettlebell you can do the same workout with a dumbbell! Go for it! Remember, it sucks being unfit and weak!
