In the wake of Oklahomas lethal human experimentation, the state-sanctioned killing and torture of Clayton Lockett yesterday, I will be on MSNBC tonight to talk about the delusion of humane executions, on The Last Word (9pm Central). While we are all contemplating the horror of this latest botched execution, I ask you to keep in mind the family of Stephanie Nieman, brutally murdered by Lockett. This poor family has now been thrust into the midst of yet more turmoil and a media frenzy. It is painful to contemplate their suffering. Painful, too, is the suffering of Ladonna Hollins, Locketts mama. This thing is so broken!
