In the war on Cancer your mindset is key. Today I was checking peoples pHs to see how healthy their internal environments were. I had a lady who refused check her pH because she didnt want to know whether or not she had a good internal environment(acidic or alkaline), she was scared it was going to be bad. In my opinion this was probably one of the saddest things Ive had happen in awhile. You have to own up to your own mistakes before you can face them and change. If you keep blaming your failures on the circumstances or people around you will cease to grow as a person. So WAKE UP, be educated about what you eat, how you exercise. Do your research.
